Komatsu · telematics integration
Teltonika trackers, talking to Komatsu Smart Construction
Komatsu's Smart Construction Fleet gives construction sites a live view of their machines — but they needed third-party Teltonika GPS hardware feeding into it. We built the bridge: a high-throughput middleware service that ingests raw tracker streams and translates them into Smart Construction Fleet in near real time.
- Multi-protocol ingest — Teltonika devices over TCP, UDP and TLS, plus a Kafka feed, all handled by one service.
- Full protocol decode — position, speed, altitude, satellites, battery and external power, with IMEI-to-asset mapping for every machine.
- Straight into Smart Construction Fleet — each record translated to Komatsu's API format and delivered live, nothing dropped.
- Built to run unattended — multi-threaded and buffered so data survives outages, with per-device logging and a real-time monitoring dashboard, running as a service.

GTrak · website, shop & analytics
A complete telematics site and online shop, end to end
GTrak is a UK fleet-management and vehicle-tracking provider — GPS tracking, tachograph, driver apps and dashcams. We built their new site on the same platform as this one: marketing pages, a full hardware shop, and our first-party analytics, all run from a single admin.
- Marketing site — fast, SEO-ready pages that explain the product and turn visitors into enquiries.
- Hardware shop & checkout — product catalogue, basket, per-country VAT and shipping, and secure Stripe payment with emailed invoices.
