DMS terminates raw connections from cellular IoT trackers, decodes their protocols, and pushes firmware and configuration over the air while tracking each device's live state.

Update jobs run asynchronously with progress and acknowledgement tracking, all scoped to a hierarchy of customer groups. (Formerly FCOTA.)
