About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any hardware purchase you make from Code Monkey Studios. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.

Orders & pricing

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate for your destination zone, shown at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery & returns

We ship internationally to the destinations shown at checkout. Returns and warranty are handled in line with your statutory rights and the manufacturer's warranty for each device.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
