Overwatch
A real-time common operating picture for police-style ops: track ground units, aircraft and incidents on one live map, with panic alerts and full replay.
Overwatch is a real-time common operating picture (COP) for operations — a single shared live map of every ground unit, aircraft and incident in an operation. Officers' phones stream their position, public ADS-B brings the aircraft overhead in, and a built-in simulator scripts exercises, all through one pipeline.
Everything is recorded, so you can scrub back through a whole operation in replay for debrief — the map can't tell live from replay. Units carry a status and a panic button that lights them red on every screen instantly, control draws incidents and cordons, and the picture updates live for everyone over SignalR.
Features
- One live map — ground units, aircraft and incidents on a full-bleed MapLibre map, with an optional Ordnance Survey overlay
- Live unit tracking — dedicated trackers or phones (via a tracker app (Android/iOS)) stream GPS and a browser PWA, with an offline queue that flushes on reconnect
- Aircraft from public ADS-B or direct integrations — a watch-list of registrations appears overhead, auto-discovered and rotated by heading with altitude labels
- Panic button — flags a unit red on every connected screen instantly; Available / En route / On scene status
- Incidents & cordons — click to drop incidents, draw geofence cordons and search sectors, with entry/exit alerts and an incident log
- Full replay & debrief — scrub a whole operation on a timeline at 1× / 5× / 30× with incident-event markers
- Live video — per-operation feeds alongside the map
- Built-in simulator — script pursuit and exercise scenarios that run alongside the real units
- Multi-user, real-time — every move, status and annotation to all screens; auto-reconnect re-syncs a full snapshot
- Operations & roles — scope units, incidents and the map to an operation, with per-operation viewer / editor / admin roles and invite-based sign-up
- Detail drawer — callsign, speed, heading, altitude, breadcrumb trails and staleness, plus measure and draw tools
